1. Description of service

LocalPDF Tools provides free, browser-based PDF utilities including merge, split, rotate, JPG/PNG to PDF, and PDF to JPG conversion. All processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use LocalPDF Tools only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or is otherwise illegal or harmful.

3. No account required

The core tools are free to use without registration or sign-up. A one-time Pro purchase is optional and unlocks additional features such as batch processing.

4. Pro license

Pro purchases are handled by Creem. Payment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features in accordance with these Terms. All sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Because processing happens locally in your browser, results may depend on your device, browser, and the files you provide. We recommend keeping backups of important documents.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPDF Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The LocalPDF Tools name, logo, website design, and software code are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. You retain all rights to the files you process using the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these Terms.

10. Governing law
